We are dedicated to fostering personal growth, building confidence, academic and career success, and nurturing essential life skills in young individuals.

At TYC, we ensure every youth who enters our doors is given the 1-1 mentorship and resources they need to succeed.

Our Story

the youth complex began with a deep understanding from our youth. A understanding that today's youth face heavier challenges than ever, often alone. In a world that's constantly changing, young people are struggling, not just with academics or peer pressure, but with deeper, often invisible battles.

mental challenges, social challenges, and pressure, uncertainty about the future, and a lack of supportive guidance are taking a toll on many of the youth in our communities.

We saw it everywhere in the quiet student who stopped speaking up in class, in the teenager who always smiled but carried sadness in their eyes, in the young adult who felt lost even in a crowded room. The youth who find it difficult to understand that they do belong.

That’s when the seed of Tyc was planted.

We knew something had to change. Young people need more than advice they need support, empathy, and someone to stand beside them. They need mentors who truly care, who are present not just for the highs but especially for the lows. They need safe spaces to be heard, to cry, to ask for help, to dream, and to heal. Many youth today have many goals set for themselves, but often do not know where to start when achieving them. Many youth today need a place to just breathe and be a kid and disconnect while doing a fun activity. More and more, we are realizing that all the services youth need are scattered and not centrally located or often affordable.

So we founded Tyc with one mission, the youth complex aims to deliver supportive and empowering mentorship to youth through dynamic and diverse recreational and leadership programming.

Whether it’s through 1-1 mentorship, mental health resources connection, recreation programs, special events, or simply showing up, we are committed to walking alongside young people as they navigate through all seasons of their lives. We don’t have all the answers, but we’re here to listen, empower, mentor, and support without judgment.

Because no one deserves to feel like they’re fighting their battles alone.
